Profhilo H+L is IBSA's original bio-remodelling injectable, containing 64mg of ultra-pure hyaluronic acid per 2ml syringe (32mg high-molecular-weight + 32mg low-molecular-weight HA) formed into Hybrid Cooperative Complexes via the patented NAHYCO thermal (non-chemical cross-linking) process. Rather than adding volume, it disperses evenly beneath the skin — typically via the 5-point BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) injection technique — to stimulate fibroblasts, boosting collagen and elastin production for improved hydration, elasticity, firmness and skin quality. Indicated for facial areas (particularly malar/submalar) as well as neck, décolletage, inner arms and hands, with an initial course of 2 sessions 30 days apart.
