Using a single 5-minute spin (at approximately 420 x g), an 18ml blood draw yields roughly 8.5ml of PRP/Fluid-PRF, with reported platelet concentration around 2.3-fold above baseline and a closed-system design that limits contamination risk. The preparation also retains extracellular vesicles, including exosomes (around 86% platelet-derived).
