Juvéderm Voluma XC uses Vycross technology at 20 mg/ml hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine, formulated as a dense, highly cohesive gel for deep structural support. It is FDA- and CE-indicated for deep injection to correct age-related volume loss in the cheeks, to augment the chin profile, and to improve moderate to severe temple hollowing, in adults over 21. Its high cohesivity allows it to hold shape under muscle movement, making it a primary choice for midface volumising. Clinically reported duration is up to around 18 months with optimal treatment.
