Juvéderm Ultra 4 is the highest-viscosity product in Allergan's Hylacross-based Ultra line, formulated at 24 mg/ml hyaluronic acid with 0.3% lidocaine. It is designed for deep dermal injection to correct pronounced facial folds and wrinkles — including nasolabial folds and marionette lines — and for volumising the cheeks, chin and lips. Its higher cohesiveness and viscoelasticity give it strong lifting capacity for more significant volume loss.
