With STYLAGE® Bi-SOFT L you can counter medium to very deep wrinkles perfectly and prevent volume loss. In particular, you can smooth especially deep nasolabial wrinkles as well as cheek wrinkles and frown lines by injection. STYLAGE® Bi-SOFT L also corrects a sagging chin area optimally and gives the cheeks and lip corners a beautiful contour. The hyaluron filler can further be used for hand rejuvenation and earlobe and nose corrections. It also contains 0.9% mannitol, an antioxidant that slows the natural breakdown of hyaluron.

Introduced to the UK around 2011 and made by the French company Vivacy Laboratories, STYLAGE® Bi-SOFT L was the first hyaluronic-acid dermal filler to combine local anaesthetic lidocaine (lignocaine) and an antioxidant, in the form of mannitol, in a single product. Mannitol, the "free radical scavenger", limits the damaging effects of free radicals on the dermis and the injected product, reducing the risk of post-injection inflammation and preventing degradation of the gel's structure.

With their patented IPN-like® Technology (Interpenetrated Network), Vivacy created a product with two structures — the monophasic A and B structure, and the IPN-like structure. The two are mechanically independent, so STYLAGE® Bi-SOFT L is easy to inject, and the greater density of its cross-linking nodes makes it long-lasting. This method needs less BDDE (a common cross-linking compound), which the company says is more effective and results in a safer, longer-lasting product.
