Rich PL is Promoitalia's flagship hybrid biostimulatory gel, pairing hyaluronic acid's water-binding and volumising properties with PLLA's stimulatory effect on fibroblasts. Its free-acid, cross-linked HA matrix is designed to protect the PLLA polymers, prolonging their activity and increasing skin density, so a single ready-to-use product delivers both an immediate hydration/volume effect and progressive, longer-term collagen stimulation. Rich PL Advanced is a further-enhanced variant of this same base product, adding CaHA and recombinant collagen III.

  • Hyaluronic acid (free-acid, cross-linked matrix) + poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA)
