Plinest is the original polynucleotide (PDRN/PN) injectable gel from Italian manufacturer Mastelli, extracted from purified trout DNA using the company's patented PN-HPT (Highly Purified Technology). Administered intradermally, it stimulates fibroblast activity to trigger the skin's own collagen and elastin production, improving hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality for biorevitalisation of the face, neck and other areas. Suitable for most skin types and ages; a course of 2-3 sessions around a month apart is typical. For use by licensed, trained medical professionals only.
