Plinest Eye comes as a transparent, flowing sterile gel whose active component is polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) at a concentration of 7.5 mg/ml.

Mastelli is known worldwide for cosmetic products based on the patented PN-HPT. The polynucleotide is a DNA fraction extracted from salmon milt and purified of lipids, polysaccharides and protein impurities.

Intradermal injection of PDRN:

• stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen production;
• promotes the formation of new blood vessels, which enhance the nutrition and oxygenation of tissue;
• activates the synthesis of fibronectin, which acts as a "glue" for extracellular-matrix fibres and strengthens tissue;
• provides antioxidant protection of the skin against harmful environmental factors — ultraviolet light, dry air and frost.

Polynucleotides serve as building material for the synthesis of new cells and the repair of damaged skin tissue. The preparation is well accepted by the skin tissue and, in the vast majority of cases, causes no rejection or other side effects.
