Profhilo H+L is IBSA's original bio-remodelling injectable, containing 64mg of ultra-pure hyaluronic acid per 2ml syringe (32mg high-molecular-weight + 32mg low-molecular-weight HA) formed into Hybrid Cooperative Complexes via the patented NAHYCO thermal (non-chemical cross-linking) process. Rather than adding volume, it disperses evenly beneath the skin — typically via the 5-point BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) injection technique — to stimulate fibroblasts, boosting collagen and elastin production for improved hydration, elasticity, firmness and skin quality. Indicated for facial areas (particularly malar/submalar) as well as neck, décolletage, inner arms and hands, with an initial course of 2 sessions 30 days apart. Profhilo H+L is IBSA's signature bio-remodelling injectable, built on patented NAHYCO Hybrid Technology, which combines high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (32mg + 32mg in each 2ml syringe) without chemical cross-linking. This unique thermal-stabilisation process allows the HA to slowly diffuse through the tissue, stimulating four types of skin cells (fibroblasts, adipocytes, keratinocytes and stem cells) to remodel and firm the skin from within.

Profhilo H+L is injected using the manufacturer's 5-point BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique, placing small boluses subdermally across the face or treatment area.

A course of 2 sessions, 4 weeks apart, is the standard protocol, with maintenance sessions every 6 months.
