STYLAGE® Bi-SOFT HYDROMAX is a cross-linked hyaluronic gel incorporating a sterile, fully biodegradable, toxin-free hydrating agent (Sorbitol), designed to treat intense dehydration or skin laxity. Sorbitol, a powerful antioxidant and moisturising agent, helps the skin retain water — maintaining hydration and limiting the immediate breakdown of the weakly cross-linked HA. The result is an immediate sensation of freshness and a long-lasting moisturising effect: healthy, glowing skin at once and over time, with dermal restructuring optimised over the long term.

STYLAGE® Bi-SOFT HYDROMAX is injected into the superficial dermis using mesotherapy techniques to treat very dry or dehydrated skin, provide deep, instant hydration or dermal restructuring, improve elasticity, revitalise the face, neck and décolleté area and rejuvenate the hands. As a mesotherapy product, it treats the signs of ageing and skin hydration rather than wrinkles. Its fluid texture makes it easy to inject and massage, ensuring even distribution into the tissue.

Initial treatment protocol:

• 2 injection sessions, one month apart
• 1 further session 2 months later

Additional sessions maintain the desired correction. Injection is into the dermo-epidermal junction or deep dermis, depending on the technique and the desired effect: retrotracing (needles or cannulae), micropunctures (into the deep dermis, since cross-linked) or burst injections (multi-prick or "nappage").
